As well as working with high profile clients like the BBC and Aviva, I have been responsible for the development and integration of numerous exciting new elements of ICM's overall offer. These include Reflected Life digital behaviour tracking, the facial coding approach to emotional measurement, integration of video into surveys and other research tools and the creation of an online customer feedback platform allowing brands to capture real feedback from real customers at the moment of their experiences.

I provided public engagement consultancy and project delivery services at the UK Government’s centre of excellence for marketing and research.Major clients included the Department of Health, Dept. of Business Innovation and Skills, Dept. of Energy and Climate Change, the NHS, the Intellectual Property Office and the Youth Citizenship Commission.I played a key role in establishing COI’s public engagement practice, helping senior clients from across the public sector to involve citizens and stakeholders to deliver better outcomes in policymaking and public service design.I led blended teams of in-house and agency experts from across different marketing and research backgrounds to help my clients build relationships with users, including deliberation, behavioural economics, social media and semiotics.Business development and though leadership were key parts of my role. I co-authored guidance for civil servants on improving outcomes through effective public engagement and led a cross-Government project exploring the use of social media as a public engagement tool.
