• Designed and set up the manufacturing and test cell for AS&E’s new Handheld MINI-Z product.• Utilized and incorporated several Lean Manufacturing practices such as Point of Use (POU) inventory storage. • Utilized dedicated feeder cells with specially designed assembly fixtures for several small subassemblies.
