Implementing CSG's Roaming suite of products for a Telecom Operator in Australia to replace their existing solution. The project is in final phase - UAT completed and very close to Production go-live. CSG's Roaming solution consists of IME (Mediation), ICT (Interconnect) and Roaming Manager products. The project work included customising mediation to interface with other systems, mapping and migrating rates, agreements and configuration from existing billing system to the new system, developing and delivering customised reports.
