At 15 I attended University with a group of other students. I rode a bus from my rural home into the city and because the bus driver got paid less for students, he would drive by the stop and I would miss class.The University threatened to drop me from class if this situation continued. I discussed this situation with my friends and their families and I decided we should all stand in the middle of the road when the bus came. I negotiated with the driver and with the help of passengers and finally the driver, the situation was solved and the bus driver agreed to stop in future.I realize from this experience that I am a flexible problem solver and an organizer who enjoys seeing and articulating multiple solutions to problems so have taken that into the workplace to be able to solve Accounting problems using ERP applications. I am an internationally skilled accounts specialist with 10+ years of experience in diverse industries such as outsourcing, manufacturing and non-profit organizations.
