Managing the Production Logistics team (~60 FTE) for EUV. In charge of building, expanding and managing a high performing team being responsible for all planning for manufacturing, consisting of master planning, production (work center) planning and shift planning. Furthermore, material handling, inventory including inspection stock and accompanying production logistics improvement projects belong to deliverables. The goal is to create and maintain a feasible plan and proactively address risks, issues and help requests to secure plan. Alignment of facilities, cabin, tooling and resource plan with capacity requirements and drive timely decision making for capacity extension.

Defining and managing the supply chain project plan of platforms, new products, associated introduction types (new builds, installs and upgrades), industrialization and phase-out strategies. Optimize the product critical path in different phases of the product lifecycle. Drive for a lean supply chain and plan for design maturity and planning maturity. Introducing spare parts and tool stocking strategy for customer sites taking into account inventory cost and customer service.

Responsible for logistics project plan of new products, its risks, introduction strategies and logistical requirements at project level. Including budget management of project logistical capital and operational expenditure.
