Automated the process by which colleagues could access and leverage these template for their business processes.Served as Cisco's subject matter expert for employees and contractors worldwide who requested consultative assistance in how to optimally implement end to end workflows in Smartsheet.Joined a team of fellow Cisco volunteers and Cisco IT personnel to help make productivity innovation tools available to all colleagues along with an awareness campaign. Approximately 6,500 users began using these tools in the first year.Joined the Tableau Center of Excellence steering committee within Cisco, and realized there was an opportunity for improved productivity if a large percentage of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets currently being used as static data sources for Tableau data visualizations could be replaced by dynamically updated Smartsheet sheets. Working directly with both the Smartsheet and Tableau development teams I deployed a fully functional prototype supporting 20 teams. The prototype has led to development of a formal data connector between the two tools.
