Ensures all Centralized Back-office activities of TMS orders, OTC back office and Pricing activities are followed through in ensuring quality service to the Business.Manage Customer Service Centre: main contact point for customers, input customer master data, offers, orders, loading orders, BL, invoices by ensuring that support teams understand the end-to-end business process so as to be able to offer quality support to the business. Pricing & Supply: in coordination with sales team defines pricing strategies to maximize margin, share strategies with Shared Service Centre and meet volume objectives.

Experience in Oil & Gas Supply, Trading, logistics and operations processes.• Solid knowledge of programming, organization, stock management at national level, nomination and vetting of vessels, fuel quality control, analysis and processing of demurrages, customs clearance and clearance of fuels, processing of fuels in transit, the dispatch of trucks and wagons and even the financial aspects.• More than 5 years maintaining safety standards procedures as part of environmental management, analyzing and monitoring of operations of discharge of fuels and ensure potential problems are averted, representing the company in logistic meetings and committees established within OMC´s and providing advice to vessels management.
