Enterprise Risk Advisory Manager – As the enterprise Risk Advisory Manager, I develop my employer's Risk Advisory standards and oversee the operational functions of the division enterprise-wide. Furthermore, I serve as a risk assessment, executive protection, personal protection, active shooter, workplace violence prevention, and crisis management subject matter expert. I oversee all domestic and international client engagements related to enterprise security projects and manage third-party vendors. Additionally, I am responsible for creating my employer's workplace violence prevention and crisis management programs and delivering all active shooter, situational awareness, de-escalation, and workplace violence prevention training globally.• Currently developing enterprise-wide curriculums for all employees on situational awareness, crisis management, behavior analysis, self-defense, executive protection, CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design), active shooter, and risk and threat assessments.• I represent my employer as a keynote speaker and panel expert for SME events/media appearances.• Providing Executive Protection, Security Audits, Risk, Threat, Security Assessments, Active Shooter, and Situational Awareness subject matter expertise for all media communications.
