As the Director of Partner Success at Kambi, I lead a high-performing team responsible for managing relationships with partners across Europe and the Rest of the World. In this strategic role, my focus extended to both existing mature sportsbooks and new partners entering challenging markets. I successfully navigated a competitive landscape, ensuring that our European partners maintained high standards of success, even as we expanded revenue streams from the US market. Notably, during the challenges posed by the pandemic, my responsibilities included managing team furloughs and implementing alternative revenue sources to mitigate any commercial impact on our partners.My role involved a dynamic blend of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on partnership management.
