Implementation of various Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, German clients: - Attending and having active role on client workshops,- Co-author of Business Blueprint and implementation relevant internal documents,- System configuration,- Unit testing, - User Acceptance Testing support,- Conducting Parallel runs: data load, discrepancy analyses, identifying gaps in the customizing, fixing the issues or reporting them to the responsible colleagues.- Preparing the production environment: transports readiness, data load, cutover plan.- Hypercare support.- Author of client specific program functional specifications,- ABAP development support and being responsible for client specific program delivery- General Ledger configuration within the HCM module,- Integration of SAP HR module with other HR, Time systems (Workday, SFSF, eTime)- Be responsible for authorization relevant documentation and requesting the user roles and SAP user creation.

- Unit testing:Testing of the configuration from the technical (consultant) point of view. Development system (PT, PY, PA tables etc.) readiness check before starting the UAT. Internal communication of test results, understanding of the hidden client specific information.- User Acceptance Test:Testing of the configuration from the payroll, time and master data administrator (user) point of view. I prepared and executed UAT PY, TM catalogues with scenarios for different clients from different countries (DE, AT, HU, RU). Communication of the results to lead consultants and clients. Gather the information needed to provide the testing as good as the client expected.- Paralel runs:Testing of the configuration by comparing payroll results of two different payroll systems. Prepare the data for comparison, execute the comparison and understand the differences. Sort the differences as detailed as possible. Analyses of the discrepancies in cooperation with the client.- Configuration:There are still disputable or failed test cases which need deeper analyses of the configuration. In most of the cases I was able to prepare an analyses of the configuration (problem solving).I was involved into projects where I did PA, PT and PY configuration.
