Nucleus Program for Deutsche Bank- The aim of Nucleus program is to outsource maintenance of UNIX and Wintel servers from Deutsche Bank to Hewlett Packard.- Assuring knowledge transfer from DB to HP.- Operations processes re-design while keeping smooth production runMy responsibility:- QA of the newly proposed processes from Identity and Access Management domain- Managing delivery of DB inputs to DB and reviewing HP outputs in IAM domain- Verification of the proper setup of permission to new administrators including assuring segregation of duties and other DB rules are followed

Key projects:Centralization of non-life insurance in Česká Pojišťovna(From May 2003 to August 2006, over 8 000 MDs, over 30 mil USD)Project aim:Implementation of new core system (TIA) for non-life nsurance covering issuing, administration and claim handling operations including data migration from legacy systems to new core system.Project was being delivered in cooperation of TIA UK and TIA Denmark.My responsibility:o Managing team of up to 9 people responsible for technical design, setup and administration of all project environments (supporting 80 project members; 3 UNIX servers, 16 NT servers, up to 50 logical environments); supporting also “off shore” development team in Bratislava.o Managing “go-live” weekends – leading team of Accenture as well as CP project members in order to prepare, approve, execute the release. o Performance test of TIA application (including capacity planning).o Cooperation on roll out of TIA application to branches (hardware and WAN capacity readiness of branches, users training etc.).o Management of formal as well as informal knowledge transfer required for solutions operation from project to client personnel
