-leading an operational team of 20+ people taking care of settlement process of financial instruments-responsible for goal setting and evaluation of subordinates, regular F2F and progression meetings-coaching of employees, setting development plans & regular follow up on set goals-responsible for translation of domain & company goals and strategy into entrusted organizational unit-steering activities connected with main pillars of a company strategy (drivers)-accountable for hiring new employees, capacity planning and administrative tasks related to HR (attendance, holiday planning)-reporting to domain manager, LORMs and internal clients (responsible for meeting set KPIs and error rate)-steering & supporting innovative and transformational ideas leading to process improvements-responsible for on-boarding of new activities (in cooperation with project management team)-representing Securities Services domain on external events (workshops at universities, Open days within KBC Global Services CZ)

Main responsibilities:- ensure correct and on time settlements on stock markets where KBC operates- understand different market specifics, practices and act according to them to ensure succesfull settlement process- monitor and mitigate risks resulting from settlement processing- SPOC of the Settlement team in matter of all risks related to settlement process and their reporting- reporting of possible/realised risks to management- daily reporting of team's performance to TL and management- creation of adaptation plans for newcommers, organisation of training plans, sharing the knowledge of settlement processes
