US team - IT / Telecom projectsFollowing AT&T's defined methodology of ensuring client deliveries of infrastructure components are completed on schedule. The scope includes the implementation of the infrastructure for new clients and major upgrades, scheduling of activities for AT&T's change control process, and close interface with operations and engineering personnel. As part of the process daily detailed interaction with the Clients, Inventory and procurement, Network, Data Center, Server engineering, Database engineering and Quality Assurance testing and certification teams occurs. Tasks involve the management of the Scope, Schedule, and Budget for multiple implementations that have aggressive timelines. The PIM is responsible for ensuring the completion of all activities beginning with the project kick-off through the certification and go-live of the infrastructure and is considered the continuity point and owner for all delivery activities in regards to the infrastructure hosted at AT&T.
