• Long-term constructive activities, mainly dealing with internal production / logistics in WITTE Nejdek • Making analyses based on observing current state of processes; creation of VSM, flowcharts and visualization; presentation of results; proposal of improvements and their possible implementation• Leading of own projects: - Automatization of repacking of raw parts in WITTE Automotive : design, build and set up a new production line and all related processes- Midterm and longterm production planning : Excel and SAP solution- Electronic system of 5S - based on internet application• Cooperation on the project of building a new paint shop – internal and external logistic flows; construction of frames and sub frames; cleaning of frames and sub frames; business meetings with possible suppliers • Layouts, basic MOST, production norms, supplying of production lines, Milk run• Preparation of RFID concept, huge fan of industry 4.0 solutions

Part of the materials team, cooperation with lean team. Analysis and optimization of logistics process between molding shop, paint shop, warehouse and production. - definition of new competences, placing of empty boxes, quality control, drop zones, online tablet order system etc.Analysis and definition of potentials and preparation of concept in FIFO warehouseAnalysis and definition of potentials and preparation of concept in production - supplying of assembly linesAnalysis and preparation of concept for used internal pallets
