- leading of a ‘Project for Sustainable growth of purchasing volume from Middle- and Eastern Europe’ for daughter company Bosch Rexroth (industrial hydraulics, automation)- managing of a team of 4 employees – project members- market research – search for suitable suppliers of components for production (most important commodities: machined parts, forgings, castings etc..)- preparation and assignment of purchasing strategies for each commodity- conducting of supplier assessments according to internal standarts- conducting of RfQ process- technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers- closing of frame contracts with new suppliers- ramp up support (deliveries from new suppliers)- support in case of quality/delivery problems with current suppliers

- head of the ‚Sourcing‘ team at the Bosch International Procurement Office Eastern Europe- responsible for managing of an international team of 16 employees located in 7 offices in Eastern Europe (CZ, PL, HU, RO, BG, RU, TR)- market research - search for suitable suppliers of components for production components in the region - conducting of supplier assessments- responsible for preparation of purchasing strategiesfor important commodities- execution of defined purchasing projects in the region (supplier pre-selection, assessments, technical & commercial negotiations with suppliers, preparation of frame contracts …)- annual price negotiations with suppliers- cost saving projects, relocation projects- solving quality/delivery problems

responsibility for business with key customers (OBI, Bauhaus, Baumax, Globus) including negotiating and closing contracts, pricing, common marketing and sale campaigns (from 02/97 to 05/97 – training period at headquarters of Bosch Power Tools Division in Leinfelden, Germany - sales department for Eastern Europe and marketing department)
