Experience in the field of Communication/Public Affairs, Sustainability and CSR. After several years in PR agencies, focusing more and more on the areas of Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Personality PR and, in the project department, on social and political marketing, I joined UniCredit Bank Czech Republic as its PR Specialist and Spokesperson. While there, I extended my portfolio of professional skills by CSR and the area of ever-growing importance, Social Media. I also helped facilitate implementation of new projects of UniCredit Foundation in the Czech Republic. In 2012, I took part in a grant project by the Vodafone Foundation, “Rok jinak” – a Czech version of the foundation’s worldwide activity “World of Difference”. From January 2013 until the spring of 2015, I worked as PR Director at BM Management, (owned by Zdeněk and Michaela Bakala and managing companies such as publishing house Economia, Forum Karlín and Luxury Brand Management/LBM), where I focused on CSR, Media Relations, development and administration of Social Networks, Corporate Communication and Bakala Foundation communication support. Since the summer of 2015, I have been working as the Senior Communications Consultant for Media Relations, Internal Communication/Employer Branding, CSR and Corporate Communications of the MOL Group Czech Republic. My most recent assignment was a project focused on Corporate Communications and on a new project focused on CSR activities in the Czech Republic (Green Belt in cooper. with Nadace Partnertstvi, plus internat. volunteering projects)Until 2019 I was most focused on CSR and product PR, which supported the network of MOL service stations. In the area of internal communication, I supported the the development of MOL Employer branding and drive the local Publishing.In 2019 I have been working as a CSR/PA specialist for Komerční banka. I was in the competence of SD report, financial and digital literacy projects. I developed new educational projects and supported special sustainability activities.I am currently working in the position of CSR/Public Affairs Specialist at Plzeňský Prazdroj, where I´m responsible for the projects in the field of sustainability, relations with communities and state administration. My tasks are to support and relevant inputs provided to internal and external communication of Sustainability and to support provided to brands in implementing and improving their Sustainability credentials. I´m responsible for 4 big grant programs aimed at promoting the environment in the surroundings of our breweries.
