- Building a business development plan for Credit Card Product base on Card Sales Block's orientation and in accordance with the characteristics, situation and opportunities in Branches Network in charged- Responsible for recruiting and ensuring maintenance high quality sale staffs consistent with Card Sale Block's orientation- Manage business development executives to maximum new business opportunities of multiple personal products while providing one-stop quality customer service in an effecient operation where risk are well controlled- Plan and organize periodic Credit Card Workshop to assign job, coach and train RM/PB of Branch Network to fullfill the Credit Card growth goals - Assist Business Unit in handling arising transaction relate to Product, ensuring consistent implementation of product and service delivery- Conducting appraisal and submission for approval for Card issuance and granting credit for the Card product line according to the authority and regulation VIB- Develop and manage customer relationshops and coordinate with relevant department/divisions in business partner development to develop markets and expand customer networks- Motivate and develop the team to achieve agreed sales target- Driving sale productivity and other initiatives to achieve target per month and customer satisfation objectives- Coach all team and key talents to deliver on individual performance.
