I was seven years old when I started my first entrepreneurial project.Armed with a blank sheet of paper and a pen, my friend Thierry and I planned to design and sell comics. We dreamt of making a living out of our passion. A few years later, still driven by my desire to create, I founded a rock band the same day I acquired my first guitar.These first life experiences made me realize one thing: by sharing and pooling our efforts we can move mountains. Meetings are the foundation of our society; they bring us together, give us purpose and inspire us.When I joined - the family-business based in Geneva, Switzerland - MCI in 1997, I decided to convert my deep conviction into a company mantra: "When people come together magic happens". Since then, the company has grown from 30 to >2,000 employees in more than 60 cities globally. This advanture allow me to see each challenge as an opportunity to innovate. Adversity shapes us, pushing us to surpass ourselves.Aside from my role as CEO of MCI Group, I am also a husband, father, and a mountain sports enthusiast.If ever you see me running in the mountains around 5:00 in the morning, don't hesitate to join me.
