Contribute to 100% reduction of backlog gas services as part of a documentation team in the gas division for Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern zones of gas distribution. Provide document control support to Distribution Project Specialist in multiple regions and process contractor’s payment request after work has been verified and completed. Review invoices to ensure that actual work performed is documented accurately and charged accordingly and paying attention to detail of when services became active through research of Maximo work orders. Collaborate with various departments and managers of all levels of the organization to help expedite contractor payment and customer satisfaction of services rendered. Maintain a high degree of integrity when processing contractor payment requests to ensure accurate accounting.
