11. Overall responsible for the financial projecting and management of the company;2. According to the direction of Group, Participate in formulating the company’s long term and strategy plan, leading annual comprehensive budget, as well as reporting final accounting of revenue and expenditure;3. Responsible for Capital Planning, include cash flow management, intercompany payment, inner-company capital allocation, Foreign exchange payment etc.;4. Responsible for tax planning of the company and supervise the tax declaration and final settlement;5. Deliver the financial statements to the Group periodically.6. Lead ERP system upgrade project.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide strong business partnering, offering business solutions by liaising with other Finance functions like FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Controlling, GSS etc.2. Utilizing ROI based analysis to develop strategy and drive decision making.3. Offering necessary financial support to commercial functions particularly in TP (Trade Promotion), RD&A (Return, Damage & Allowance), DME (Direct Marketing Expenses), New Product launches and New Business Model study.4. Work closely with FP&A team on the Integrated Business Management Process (IBM), Business Outlook, Annual Plan and Strategy Plan.5. Transfer finance/control/tax knowledge to customer and sales team.

1. Work closely with RTM team to provide strong business partnering,2. Responsible for RTM expense annual plan and budget, and ensure the accuracy of the forecast and responsible for the variance analysis.3. Responsible for companywide RTM performance report and variance analysis.4. Utilizing ROI based analysis and provide the professional insight to the distributors’ operation.5. Work closely with Regional sales team to review the distribution contract terms and ensure compliance with company’s policies. 6. Transfer finance/control/tax knowledge to customer and sales team.

1. Work closely with manufacturing department, participating in factory operation management, and responsible to consolidate factory performance and variance analysis, and set up the KPIs of factory performance. 2. Work closely with central SCF team and factory management team on annual plan, budget and rolling forecast, including but not limited to product cost, fixed assets investment, OCF (operation cash flow), and saving project. And deliver the variance analysis report to management team to improve the operation.3. Standard Cost Maintenance: regularly review the standard cost both for material and FG, and responsible for standard cost review process.4. Assets management: responsible for fixed assets management include budgeting, DCF analysis, contract and payment approval, CWIP review, FA verification and write off etc. Leading the FG and material verification and cycle count.5. Month-end closing.6. Support internal and external audit.
