- Medical monitor of phase 1 to phase 2a studies. Responsibilities include strategic planning, KOL interactions, preparing protocols and Investigator’s Brochure, responding regulatory inquiries, study initiation, collaborating with CROs and writing study reports, etc. - Lead and collaborated with several early clinical development teams on assigned projects including anti-inflammation (for CV and diabetic indications), atherosclerosis and anti-diabetics. Achieved multiple key milestones such as regulatory filing, FIH initiation, internal governance decision points and conclusion of proof-of- concept studies.- Contributed in a phase 3 anticoagulant project and lead multiple phase 1 studies to support labeling and differentiating. Member of the medical surveillance team of the program. Provided safety summary of phase 1 studies and evaluating SUSAR cases with the team.- Represented Discovery Medicine in several licensing and due diligent teams. - Served as the Principal Investigator, maintained high productivity and quality under low headcounts of medical stuff and collaborated closely with multiple development teams in different disease areas. The sole PI for more than two and a half years for more than 80 successful phase 1 studies.
