After Kent & Lime I joined another fintech startup as one of the earliest employees. Hired, trained and grew the product and engineering team which ultimately saw the business grow at 30% MoM

I decided to join another startup. Kent & Lime was a 2 person team when I joined (the other person being an intern). I initially joined to consult on product and technology before taking over the growth area as well. By focusing on data and process automation, we saw an increase in revenue of 518% over the 2 and a bit years. Also introduced a product which grew to account for 10% of the total revenue and which also saw an increase in repeat rate by 10% and ATV by 34%

After keeping in touch with the team at Incubate, I was asked to come back and help mentor one of the cohorts.I worked with individual startup teams on a weekly basis, consulting on a number of aspects of early stage businesses including incorporation, company structuring, MVPs, product discovery, validation and marketing.I still advise the startups through the program but on an ad-hoc basis now.

After working in the corporate environment for a year I realised it wasn't for me. I co-founded a startup with a couple of friends from university.Had a lot of fun and learnt a lot on the way. Joined as the very first batch of the Incubate (an accelerator). Then built out a hardware MVP with the help of the NSW Government grant. Joined the ANZInnovyzStart accelerator program before raising a seed round from Hills Pty Ltd.With Hills we partnered up with an OEM hardware provider and ran 2 hugely successful trials (80% adoption of technology).

As part of my second rotation I had an itch for the innovation and strategy side of the business and found myself in the Strategy and Enterprise Architecture team as part of CTO. My main achievement was part of the Westpac Kogarah Innovation project where I helped design, implement and advise on technological innovation

As part of my graduate role at Westpac I joined the BT Financial Group Release Team as part of my first rotation. I covered a variety of things including business process improvements, data analysis and requirements gathering.

During university, I worked as a data analyst for the University's new enrolment system. This included liaising with stakeholders, processing information and transforming it such that it fit the system requirements. I automated majority of the process such that other people on the team could build and verify their data without actually having to do anything
