• Responsible for architecture of BCG's Productivity Products portfolio, which includes macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS products alongside supporting infrastructure operated in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

• Built BCG's Mac Engineering team by hiring recognized experts in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain and India.• Led software engineering team to develop the BCG Setup Assistant for Mac, which enables end-users to setup their own Macs with fewer clicks, in shorter time and with near perfect consistency. • Partnered with Finance and senior leadership teams to secure operational funding that provides both startup and on-going funding for BCG's Mac program.• Created standards governing global capital expenditures.• Expanded BCG's global Mac Support function by internally recruiting over two dozen technical support specialists to form a matrixed team that operates twenty-hour hours a day, five days a week.
