I am responsible for validating TAC invoices and ensuring the relevant charges and discounts ie EC4T, Regen Braking and Capacity Charges are correctly levied. Raising queries with NR whenever required. I produce reports based on these. I also create station change and depot change documents for EMT and manage the process through to approval by the Regulator. I am responsible for producing 80-20 depot maintenance claims to NR. I manage utility billing for both EMT and SWT of station tenants for their use of our supplies - water, gas and electricity. I also deal with Station Access for SWT & EMT, I charge other TOCs and FOCs for any access they request. Set up contracts with other companies where they use our station facilities and ensure that we charge correctly for the services offered. I also assist in maximizing non-passenger revenue income from non-regulated third party industry contracts, where EMT/SSWT are selling/buying goods. -
