Program Manager: Responsible for managing the customer. Coordinate all customer communications appropriately throughout the entire organization. Schedule customer demand through production and shipping. Resolve customer concerns quickly. Monitor stock to assure customer demand is being met in a timely manner. Direct all departments as needed to assure compliance with customer requests.Maintain corporate and customer reporting to assure accuracy.

QA Manager: Manage the quality department. Work closely with customers on resolutions to quality issues. At one point I was the acting program manager for the Premier program reporting daily status to Raytheon management. I was also responsible for shipping of furniture to Raytheon, both cabin furniture to flight, cockpit furniture to production and seat materials to the upholstery department. Track and work toward elimination of discrepancies. I am currently writing a database tracking program for discrepancies and quality issues.

Recruiter: Managed the Global Employment Center for Spirit AeroStructures during the transition period between the Boeing buyout and the rehiring process. Scheduled interviews for hiring managers, tracked applicants throughout the hiring process, scheduled new hires for orientation, and identified potential candidates with needed skills.

Project Manager: Manage all aspects of work to be performed. Work with customers and managers to assure the work was completed within the guidelines set forth in the proposal, within budget, according to the schedule. Negotiate work scope changes, price and schedule, with the customer. Assure parts are ordered and will be available with the time limit as defined by the schedule. Assure manpower is available and work is completed as defined by the proposal and schedule. Assure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time so that the aircraft can be released by quality for flight. Review final paperwork and assure billing is completed within a timely manner and accurately.

Interior Designer: Work with customers to design aircraft interior to fit their executive and personal objectives. Order and track materials and replacement parts to assure compliance with the aircraft schedule. Coordinate with various shops to assure work was completed within the guidelines set forth in the proposal as well as per customer request. Also, included working with customers and all departments in putting together proposals for various aircraft refurbishments including interior, avionics, maintenance and paint.

Project Coordinator: Coordinate all activities between Completions Engineering and vendors in order to certify new aircraft interiors. This activity includes coordination of all vendor paperwork in order to certify new aircraft interiors, as well as coordinate Engineering completion in order for vendors to meet deliverable due dates. Coordinate vendor compliance with contract agreements. Coordinate and resolve issues that arise in meeting testing, certification and deliverable due dates.

Quality Systems Manager: Manage all aspects of quality and safety for all divisions. Work with customers in order to internally meet their quality requirements. Assure company compliance with all federal regulations for doing business. Assure compliance with all customer required quality standards. Developed a database to track certifications and trained users on the functionality and use. Continually assess the quality process and development training as required.
