Secondment to WA Fitness First – Took a poor performing region and turned it around by implementing structure, a heavy focus on sales, individual and team goals, as well as training and development of all team members. All 6 clubs achieved 120% of EBITDA in that financial year.•. Secondment to Town Sports International – Restructured the company’s sales process. Launched this change successfully into all states by gaining buy in from the business leaders and providing comprehensive training to each management team.
