Hotel owner/operator. I bought a small hotel in Dominical Costa Rica and temporarily moved to Costa Rica in order to get the hotel operational. I have been working onsite since June of 2022. In the beginning, I spent my time learning about Costa Rican employment and tax law and putting everything together in order to become legally operational. I hired an incredible team, developed an employee handbook which include all of the day to day operational procedures, built the website, put together the social media platforms, started a marketing campaign and became an expert with our booking software.

Patient Education and Outreach & Enrollment Department - Oversee all material development for patient information purposes; such as flyers, brochures, booklets, informational packets, signage and posters, and any other patient materials.Oversee content development and social media posting practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.Work with the team to develop new and original educational workshops based off of needs assessments done throughout the community and find creative ways to market and facilitate them.Assist community members with the navigation of acquiring health insurance. Training Department —Direct Training Team to work closely with clinical teams to develop new and improve upon workflows, preparation of Electronic Health Record upgrades, Electronic Health Record expert, manage annual training requirements for over 500 staff which meet local, state, federal, and OSHA standards, utilize training techniques using adult learning theory and deliver trainings in an engaging manner.

Volunteer:Our Mission Is:To provide community education regarding all forms of viral hepatitis with a focus on chronic viral hepatitis B, C, and D and to provide support for patients, caregivers, and employers.The Services We Have Available:A support group meets the third Tuesday of each month, 6-8 pm, 448 Red Cliff Drive suite 231, Redding, CASpeakers: Toni Donovan and Hollis Pickett are available to speak to any group, large or small. Presentations include information about viral hepatitis with an emphasis on chronic viral hepatitis B and C. Handouts are provided. Information about the support group is provided.
