With over 20 years in leadership, I am currently launching a brand new school of nursing! I have a 32,000 sq. ft. facility with a ton of potential and closing the employment gap within the nursing industry. Prior to this opportunity, I had multi-site responsibility for U.S. Site Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for 83 domestic satellite campus locations in 29 states leading a team of 87 individuals. Devised and executed on strategic focus to support a distributed, dedicated group helping to build education success for over 18,000 students across the country for both military and civilian locations. Prior to this position, I supported thousands of girls by building profitability in mission and revenue as the Chief Relationship Officer with the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council. Bringing in over 40+ partners, I learned business development and philanthropic focus to bring resources for girls! In all facets of business - utilizing metric outcomes to assist in measuring success is a priority.Previously, I had direct operation responsibility and oversight over programmatic development with internal/external stakeholders in a private, liberal arts higher education institution. Building business development through strategic partnerships on behalf of the university, I found fiscal support in various institution initiatives. Coordinating over a $5 million budget, I believe I'm only as strong as my team utilizing a transformative leadership style - the sky is the limit! In the for-profit model, I have held multi-site experience with 8 campuses simultaneously and an ability to be forward-thinking. I have helped to grow my previous population 135% to 2600+ since the system was taken over in September 2008. I, along with the Education Team, maintained overall retention of 91% and placement rate averaging 89.3% for 2009 that lead to an increased $3 million to the bottom line. I oversaw 114 faculty members, with 7 campus Directors of Education, 6 Registrars, 1 Associate Vice President, and 1 Regional Director of Clinical Programs reporting to me in 3 states – including New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
