I am an outgoing self-motivated worker who enjoys helping with the organization and development of established companies. My work with MHT requires a basic knowledge of HR and recruiting in order to help acquire contracted workers as projects grow. Through my development with MHT, I have now gained experience in multiple departments by cross-training. I am now involved with assisting in the operational accounting and budgeting for MHT. I have a more advanced understanding of QuickBooks and Excel. I am able to produce spreadsheets, Proforma's and annual/quarterly/monthly reports. I have read Spec. Sheets and Corrective Action Summaries in order to produce Budgetary Estimates as well as produce Invoices for completed projects. I also assist with the Sales / Business Development department in managing ISNETWORLD, PICS and specific e-Sourcing sites for potential clients.
