HOW I BECAME a DIGITAL PUBLISHER I launched Baldwin Publishing in 1993. We faced a lot of competition as a custom magazine publisher so we developed a niche by specializing in women's health newsletters for hospitals and health plans. In 2001, as our print circulation exceeded 10 million copies a year, we began pouring profits into Internet Technology (IT) to figure out how to manage and distribute content online. In 2003, we created the Health eCooking Test Kitchen & Studios. Since then, Baldwin Publishing has produced more than 1,500 original recipes that taste delicious, boast beautiful images and easy how-to-cook videos. Every recipe is "certified" as healthy by our registered dietitians.Every week, our professional chefs experiment with wholesome foods and flavors. Our always-hungry staff eagerly stands by to taste test the new concoctions. And our clients regularly join us for lunch. They don't just come to eat.
