I am an advisor to a group of Navy spouses. I help them build as a group and become leaders. I am there when they have questions about guildlines, rules (bi-laws), and sometimes how to handle different situations, as well as what has been done in the past that worked and what has been done in the past that failed. I am in the process of training new oncoming board members now. Thete is a since of accomplishment watcjibg them take over and run everything and knowing that no matter what they have someone to help. I take pride in getting answers if i dont know. I would never lead them astray. I am so happy that people step forward fr families like they do!

I have a Tiger den. I help 6 year olds learn what it is to be in Cub Scouts.

Everything that we sell is all natural. It help women not put all the chemicals of other makeup into their bodies....which in many cases is actually a lot....its crazy when you look some of it up. Love seeing the smiles my company bring to ladies faces that think that they have nonlashes or cant wear makeup because of how long it is going to take to put on. I show them they can do it in.lesss than 15 minutes and look flawless. It is such an awarding business. Some of then proceeds also goes to women and children thatbhave been sexually abused. Younique is actually building shelters and teach parents how to talk to there children (preventive measures) so it doesnt happen to them. I absolutely love the company, everyone helps everyone....not only in sales but in life.I have room in my group....ask me how to make money doing what you too will love while having time for yoir family.

Except delivery of fireworks (semitruck), set up fireworks, pricing, cashier, handling money, calling in amounts and making sure paperwork is right. Working with a team and making sure everything runs smoothly. Making sure customers are happy. Two people have to be with the tent once the fireworks are delivered 24/7 for about 2 weeks/camping.

I am also in distribution, i help make sure the merchandise goes to the right location and the right amount. In the store in Williamsburg I run the cash register, stock, clean, help reorganize, and the main part is the customer service.

I received goods people donated, went through and decided what was salvageable to sell and what was not, put items from clothes to household goods out on the sales floor. Decorated, and constructed end caps to show different merchandise for the different seasons. Color coded. Vacuuming and cleaning. The program changed and volunteers were no longer excepted without a reason to have to volunteer so I was let go. Felt great to help out.

I redid the treasurer logs. I made sure it was easy to go though and pull receipts and what they went with. As a non-profit organization everything goes right back into the families and sailors of the ship. Made sure accounts were right and at anytime there could be an audit. As president of the association I worked with 8-9 other Navy spouses to plan and carry out events for the families of the Abraham Lincoln. I oversaw everything the group did. I had a hand in everything and was the one people came to with questions and to let mebknow what had been done and what was being handled and whatnstill needed to be handled. I made phone calls anx also was in contact with the ship and our advisors. I let people do there jobs and didn't micromanage unless I needed to step in. We worked together to get great things done. The families that came to our wvents and meetings appreciate what we do. The payment for volunteering for this organization is knowing that anyone in need of contact or knowlege of a new area, place, people....we were there for them and some great people still are.

The Calamity Jane program was implemented by the Ombudsman of the USS Ronald Reagan. I helped get it up ans running and helped dind volunteers and was one myself. We helped families in times of emergency. Exaples are (own experience) watched children while family member (mother) was in the hospital and they flew the father off the ship because his wife went into premature labor. Emergency situations all the way to making sure that family members could get to and from planes. Would like to have this program on the USS Abraham Lincoln.Learned CPR and first aid aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (having that knowledge helped me save an 11 month olds life by giving him CPR after he stopped breathing in Dec of 2005.)

They became more like family the longer I worked with them. Became someone they could come and talk to, especially when the ship was gone, I was missing my husband but they were missing their mom.

Helped set up and implement the FRG for the (at the time was a brand new ship) USS Ronald Reagan. Held generla membership meetings, set up events, worked with 8-9 other spouses of the ship. Worked directly with the ship leadership, and advisors to make sure things were done correctly. Went to leadership classes to make sure everything was done right. I learned so much and even took extra classes to learn more to help the families. We did a lot for the families and I enjoyed knowing that in some way i helped people with some hope and understanding of Navy life as a spouse or loved one. Took CPR and put some amazing programs on the ship. United through reading, Calamity Jane, and the Reagan Rugrats were a few things that came out of the RRFA!
