• Managing a High-profile Customer base.• Managing Stock levels and forecasting customer usage.• Providing quotes and developing new sales opportunities within existing and new customers• Collaborating across all departments including warehouse, purchasing and logistics to ensure orders are dispatched within timely manner, prioritising orders when necessary and finding suitable product solutions.• Monitoring order progression and supply chain• Manage KPI reports on daily figures and customer base.• Ensuring that CRM systems are up to date with information and notes to ensure effective communication. • Support as Team Leader to ensure the team are working to the best of their ability.• Currently managing the project of provisional stock, developing reports and attending regular reviews with Directors on profitability. Working closely with warehouse, managing stock levels, forecasting customer usage, managing logistics and negation with pricing.Other duties include assisting with project management and utilising all business initiatives across the board. Use of SAP Business One (CRM system) and other internal systems on a regular basis as well Microsoft packages. Acting as Team leader support to ensure the team are working to the best of their abilities, ensuring order lines are going down to the warehouse, making sure the team are on top of their work and assisting my colleagues with advice and guidance where required.

* Quality inspection of all fruit entering and leaving the pack house, to at least the customer’s specifications.* To work within the Quality Team to ensure that the quality of the despatched product meets the standards demanded by customers.* Communicating with the management teams when a quality issue arises providing all relevant information to enable quick decision making.* Working as a team to ensure that integrity of traceability information is maintained.* Supervision of quality within operations during packing process.
