- Assist in the development and co-ordination of the camp program, management of Tutors andvolunteers. - Prepare and deliver lectures, practical activities, and tutorials for camp participants. - Provide supervision and pastoral care for camp participants. - Develop and deliver STEM Coaching program, including student-coach guidelines & obligations, subject modules, and methods for completion and all resources to support the program- Deliver webinar training sessions for Coaches and a full-day program for 56 STEM Professionals and 65 students at both Summer and Winter camps- Provide ongoing support and communication with students and STEM coaches throughout the 6-month camp program
