•Proactively manage all facets of Sales VP¿s business activities, including: •Priority setting/in basket/correspondence management. •Expert use of polished communication/interpersonal skills. •Interdepartmental leadership and interaction with Sr. VPs/VPs and assistants. •Respond to questions and provide information on a broad array of company processes and procedures to a variety of internal and external customers. •Complete and maintain file organized documents such as payroll, vouchers, bill payment, travel itineraries, specific company and customer material, etc. •Coordination and preparation of all correspondence and documentation on sensitive matters including customer, personnel and labor relations matters for the department. •Manage physical execution of departmental training activities (site set-up/meal arrangement/attendance list/solicit and secure guest speakers, etc). •Significant outside contact on behalf of the Vice President. •Handling of highly confidential and sensitive information.
