Teachers I worked with would say that I listened to them. That’s because I never forgot what it was like to be in the trenches with students and had a respect for what each teacher brought to the table. Thus we were able to collaborate as a team with a mutual respect for each other.”► WHY I ENJOY WHAT I DO“Throughout my career, I’ve always worked for Title One schools where up to 50% of class students had academic gaps. So I’ve always loved seeing the lightbulb go off in students’ brains. But I have grown to really love looking at data and identifying trends to figure out the most strategic way to be successful.
