I have been building my business with Mary Kay for over 16 years and as a Sales Director for the past 3 years. I started my business because I was looking for a way to be an at home mom while still bringing in an income. The priorities in Mary Kay of faith first, family second, and career third spoke to my heart. Never dreaming a painfully shy woman who didn't wear make up could succeed in Mary Kay but I knew I was teachable and trainable. Realizing if I didn't change something nothing would ever change. Nine months after starting my business I quit my full time job and haven't looked back. I was able to raise our son and never miss anything. My Mary Kay business has also allowed me to coach the Moorhead High Gymanstics team for the past 15 years. I stay in Mary Kay because I am in control of my time, my paycheck, and my future. The personal growth I have experienced has been life changing. This career is so much more then selling lipstick, it is touching and enriching womens lives. My purpose is to make every person I come into contact with feel special and to help them make their dreams come true.
