I graduated as a mechanical engineer, majoring in mechanical engineering and a minor in design (subject studies). In addition, I have completed studies in the field of mining technology, and now I am performing technology service training whose main objective is to gain the skills of Sweden and Norway in the labor market and in addition to this I have been to Lapland College of mining technology offered training, which lasted from autumn 2013 until the end of 2014.I have worked in the years 2004-2012 the maintenance man of my father's company, whose main focus was to sell to farmers in the new machines and the importer of these products were located in Southern Finland company. I think the best learning environment is one in which all team members can, of course, learn from each other. I appreciate the long-term commitment between employer and employee, as it is created through the best foundation for the development of individual skills. For me, the most important thing is the internal rewards of the job: the best performance on the ground arises from the fact that the employee feels genuinely liked it, what you are doing.
