ASHIANA MULBERRY SEC-02,SOHNA,GURGAON- RESIDENTIAL PROJECT.Job Responsibilities* Expertise in drawing detailing, specification and procurement of required material for productivity and progress of the project.* Plan and install MEP services in accordance with the design and specifications with the most effective use of Resources. (Optimization of available manpower, tools & material to get the maximum output for on time completion of the assigned task.)* Coordination with Commercial & Procurement team for delivery of material against procurement requests.* Execution of Internal Plumbing and construction of External Sewerage (STP-MBBR Technology), Storm Water Drainage (RWH) & Water Supply System (Fresh & Recycled), UG SUMP, Swimming Pool, Water body etc.* Development of sewage treatment plant & rainwater harvesting pit etc.* Track cost variation in order value with respect to budget/ estimates by client. (Preparing the cost statement for tracking any deviation in the item quantity to ensure the completion of the job in assigned budget)* Preparation of estimation and costing of quantities and detail description of bill item and rate and analysis and checking of contractor’s bill and finalizing extra item of contractor. * Dealing with the coordination of all activities on site and resolving the day to day technical issues on site as well as the coordination with Main Contractors. * Advise other Engineers on manpower, materials and plant requirements and issue instructions to the Site Engineers and Supervisors.* Advise Project incharge on any anticipated problems, provide budgetary information regarding requirement of manpower at site and monitor and compile relevant information on production rates.* Conduct weekly meetings and daily reports, construction program to establish and implement Productivity.*At the area of work, Extracting maximum resource output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of resources.

Job Responsibilities• Overall planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring of MEP activity as per contract and quality assurance with site safety required for construction of building.• Execution of Internal Plumbing and construction of External Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage & Water Supply System (Fresh & Recycled).• Preparations of progress report and fix monthly, weekly and daily basis targets for contractor and sub ordinates and review of contractor’s progress for timely completion of projects.• Preparation of estimation of quantities and detail description of bill item and rate and analysis and checking of contractor’s bill and finalizing extra rate of contractor.• Checking & certifying running bills of working agencies.• Supervision at site as per Drawing.• Responsible for coordinating with client, contractors, architectural, structural, MEP consultants and coordinating with all team members.• Arranging site meetings and preparing progress reports regularly.• Handling manpower to ensure smooth running of project.• Ensuring project profitability through optimum utilization of material and other resources and ensuring execution of project within time and budgetary parameters.• Expertise in drawing detailing, specification and procurement of required material for productivity and progress of the project.• Responsible for Leading the Site Foreman & Supervisor.• Planning for Equipment, Manpower and Material on construction site.• Compiling and updating DPR, WPR & MPR (Daily, Weekly and monthly progress Reports.• Updating weekly Bill Tracker sheet.• Updating monthly MIS of MEP work.
