• Manages 50 - 100 different companies payroll• Ensure employees in different companies are paid timely and accurately• Ensure companies enter data into payroll databases• Ensure companies kept track of employee hours, sick leave , and vacation time• Used Henry platform to keep record of issues, comments, request or concerns for companies • Use mainframe to make accurate changes for companies, ie additional payrolls , setting up new deduction codes, or changing any company information• Answer any and every question regarding payroll , tax , or accuracy• Add different jurisdictions (states and/or locals) for companies for employees that have moved• Have the skill to prepare and maintain payroll records , deductions and create custom reports for yearly audits• Correct any mistake made by company in a timely fashion• Assist clients with tax changes for understanding, conduct research , and follow up as needed• Quarter and Year End support• Research historical data , determine adjustments , and use online tools to make corrections• Collaborated with internal teams (401k , Flexible Spending Accounts , Tax, ect.) and possible third party vendors to identify and resolve issues and ensure that services meet client expectations

Posts all payments accurately, either manually or electronically to the servicing system• Acute sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
