Some of my duties included: approval of software requests and license keys through internal auditing of contracts and A/R. Provided proposals and information to unqualified customers and worked directly with our sales force increasing revenue on a regular basis. I am familiar with Microsoft Word packages and many other custom softwares. I have survived many company buyouts and have become a professional at helping them with their due diligence, notifying customers of new company take over, as well as locating new opportunities when my department was dissolved. In my last position; I was extended into 2 other departments by Lawson, in hopes that a permanent opening would present itself. Instead, there were more layoffs around the globe, not just the Dallas office. I have been a full time assistant to presidents and directors of companies such as, Healthcare.com, KMC Insurance, Industrial Properties Corporation, Crow Holdings, Lone Star Laboratories, Seven Plus, a hotel developer out of Florida for Hilton hotels.
