I am Experienced in all facets of Office and Business Administration in both a Manufacturing environment as well as in a Medical Setting. I have worked in just about every position possible in an Office including Accounting, Payroll, Benefits Management, Purchasing and Procurement, billing, invoicing, recruitment, Human Resources duties such as Onboarding all new hires including all new hire paperwork,interviewing, preparing offers of employment, collections, managing Company Driver's daily routes, preparing all paperwork necessary for Shipping and receiving such as Bills of Lading, Bills of Material, Packing lists and import/export documentation. Transportation and Logistics, scheduling pick ups and deliveries with Common Carriers, LTL and UPS, Fed Ex and DHL, printing shipping labels and barcodes according to Customer requirements. I have over 25 year's of experience in Customer Service and have had much success in that area, I have a knack for cleaning up old issues and have been able to build an excellent rapport with even the most difficult Customer's or a Customer who just simply wants an issue resolved in a timely manner. I also have experience in Quality Control,Inventory Management, Cycle counting , scheduling incoming products and putting those products into inventory accurately and timely.
