Formulate and execute exit strategies on troubled Commercial loan relationships up to $5,000,000 in various industries and real estate ventures. Skilled in negotiations, restructure and workout of high-risk financing accommodations. Structure forbearance agreements, bankruptcy cash collateral orders and foreclosure sales. Negotiate sale of businesses, real estate and business assets.

Prepare underwriting documents, analyze complex financial statements, forecast cash flow, industry analysis, risk ratings, collateral analysis and management of exception reporting in collaboration with Senior Commercial Lenders. Presentation of loan requests to Loan Committees and defend credit recommendations to Senior Management Committees.
