I have had vast experience working in many positions. I am a people person. I love people, and people love me. Last year I sold between $11,000 - $15,000 per month in product, and $800.00- $1,000 in monthly reoccurring revenue. this year I won the Net One Award in sales. I love to sell, I have a proven track record, and I converse well with all people from all backgrounds, and all levels. I am good at problem solving, but once again, if you can express your concern and care for a person, than you can really learn anything.I currently work in Inside Sales and Retention. I have also worked in Accounts receivables/ collections, for Guardian alarm. I have been there for 14 years in February 2021. I have worked in dispatch - which entails dispatching the police, fire and ems, along with doing video surveillance via cctv's , as well as working in medical monitoring, dispatching the Ems while talking to the subject whom is usually having a life threatening issue- such as, but not limited to - a heart attack, stroke, breathing issues etc. I also would set up service calls, walk people through powering down- or correcting the problem they were having with their system. I now work with high priority accounts collecting monies, taking payments. My personality makes this job very easy for me as my customers look forward to talking to me, instead of trying to avoid me. I worked for Donat Alarms/ Habitec Security/ Masada Security/ and Protection One. For a total of 15 years. I dispatched alarms until they out sourced that position. Then I scheduled installations for 2 years - with all time high numbers.
