Fly Denali is an aviation tour company based near the Denali National Park. We offer a flight-seeing tour traversing 90 miles of the park and land on a glacier at the base of Denali, formerly Mt. McKinley.I am responsible for several diverse office tasks, starting with customer relations. I answer inquiries and take reservations, both directly and through third-party vendors. Once booked, I am responsible for organizing transportation for our passengers to our airport from various hotels in a 20 mile radius. Upon arrival at the airport, I greet guests and acquaint them with the grounds until their flight departs. My administrative tasks include: creating and sending invoices to third-party vendors; paying incoming invoices for aircraft maintenance bills, aircraft and vehicle insurance etc; organizing employee time sheets and assisting in payroll; assisting in reconciliation of bank statements; creating the office staff and driver schedules; and creating flights, passenger, and NPS data sheets.

I am responsible for tending bar and waiting tables at the Boulderado’s Spruce Farm and Fish. Our bar features a few local craft beer selections that we are very proud of! Here I am responsible for accommodating guests needs and selling our amazing food selections as well our local Colorado beer and liquor selections.

I worked seasonally for Holland America's McKinley Chalet in Denali, Alaska. I was responsible for entertaining guests, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, and serving food orders. Our restaurant was a casual, fine-dining type atmosphere including wine bottle service and top notch chefs who featured and assortment of delicious local salmon concoctions among other delicious entrée items.

I entertain and serve guests food and beverages. I am responsible for handling money and keeping guest checks organized and updated. In my field, it is imperative that I maintain a positive relationship with my guests to ensure that they come back and try to upsell the best possible liquor and food items to better the guests visit and increase company sales.

Working with Elsie's Events, I would often get hired to work at big events promoting either liquor or beer. I worked many different marketing events from charity golf tournaments to car shows promoting brands such as Corona, Jagermeister, Casamigo's Tequila and many more. My responsibilities required me to approach party guests and get them excited about our brand while providing samples and free merchandise.

I aided a doctoral candidate, Marc Gentzler, in his research on texting and driving. He was looking to accomplish his PHD in Human Factors Psychology. I was responsible for testing volunteers on a driving simulator and collecting data while they drove and used a cell phone or GPS at the same time. Once the data was collected and the experiment complete, I spent time helping Dr. Gentzler integrate the data into his final report.

I was responsible for entertaining guests and mixing cocktails. I served food as well as alcoholic beverages to bar patrons.
