• Lead design efforts for two key enterprise compliance initiatives.• Establish a team of designers to provide design support across multiple efforts.

• Lead the design and development of the core digital assets for a medical biogenics company.• Establish value propositions and marketing materials to establish leads, increase sales, and drive other key performance indicators.

• Design and develop communication materials, reports or presentations that define the business case and drive business decisions.• Apply principles of user-centered design towards creating visual artifacts and representations of strategic intent.• Coordinate collaboration between cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of key initiatives.

• Lead the design process for all digital and marketing materials.• Create trade show presentations, including visual design and content creation.• Actively engage with company stakeholders in defining marketing strategy and KPIs.

• Work with a variety of clients across the country to deliver effective print and digital solutions for brands such as Guardian Resources, Bridgeway Foundation and San Antonio Academy.• Collaborate directly with client executive leadership to establish trust, build relationships and work toward understanding business and user needs and how those translate into executable digital designs.
