As a Human Resources Recruiter at The Whitaker Grp, I apply my communication and problem solving skills to find and attract the best talent for various roles. I partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and expectations, and use creative problem solving to overcome any challenges or obstacles in the recruitment process. I also leverage my psychological coursework to assess candidates' fit and potential, and provide feedback and support throughout the hiring cycle.In addition to my recruitment role, I am also a passionate and self-educated artist, with interests and skills in mural and large-scale works. I have been involved in several community development projects, where I used art as a medium to express social and environmental issues, and to inspire positive change. I also worked as an Art Instructor at Wine & Design Charlotte for two years, where I taught and guided clients to unleash their creativity and have fun.
