With over 10 years of work experience in the restaurant industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, food quality, and safety standards. I am currently the Restaurant General Manager at Southern Restaurants Group, where I manage all aspects of the daily operations, including staff, inventory, budget, and marketing. I am also a certified Workplace Assessor, and I have completed a secondment as a WH&S Coordinator, where I provided leadership coaching and support to the market and group teams on safety policies and procedures.In my most recent role as a WH&S Coordinator, I was responsible for consolidating and communicating safety information, identifying and addressing emerging trends and issues, and liaising with the Area Safety Captains and the Yum Safety Co-ordinator. I also prepared and delivered training materials, marked student work, and maintained records for the FOCUS Training program. I have demonstrated skills in restaurant operations, food and beverage management, kitchen management, and workplace health and safety.
