Established program policies and procedures assuring compliance with contracts.-Monitored program performance assuring all contractual performance indicators were achieved or exceeded.-Trained all contracting staff as needed at main sight, webinars, field visits.-Conducted programmatic site visits reviewing program performance, addressing gaps in performance, understanding needs of community. - Worked with state representatives in Office of Community Development, and Louisiana Housing Corporation to develop relevant housing programs for displaced families, and those with disaster related unmet needs. Responsibilities also included managing and guiding Catholic Charities Disaster Case Management department. Program Manager, Supervisors, case managers and other staff reported to director.Main achievement of project was producing an 80% ROI for the state of Louisiana and FEMA, delivering $5.3 million in services to residents of Louisiana to recover from Hurricane Isaac.

In depth training consisted of assuring a common understanding of terms, concepts, and unique program indicators. Monitoring for data integrity, quality and clean up, identifying outliers and problems. Trained at main training sights, Webinars, email newsletters, and sight visits as required.

This team provided support to the case management process as needed, matching skills with need was integral for a successful volunteer experience.
