• Managed the complete operation and performance of multiple dialysis clinics by adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance. Led a team of 30 employees (clinical and non-clinical) from hiring to ongoing performance management. Drove clinical outcomes, operations efficiency, quality metrics, and growth. Built and maintained relationships with patients, physicians, and teammates. SME for 13 dialysis clinics, providing BDPs for improved treatment adherence and decreased patient missed treatments, hospitalizations, and readmissions. Preceptor duties include the training and development of new Healthcare Operations Managers within the Orange/Osceola County region.

Recruited, interviewed, trained, and mentored new hire Social Workers. “Go To” person for the Regional Social Work Team. Preceptor duties included the training and development of new Social Workers within the Middle Tennessee region.

Provided high fidelity family preservation to families whose children were at immediate risk of removal from the home and placement into state custody due to parental drug use. Offered Seeking Safety components to the parents. Intervention averaged 6 to 8 weeks, requiring 8 to 10 hours of weekly face to face intervention with each family. Provided 24-7 crisis intervention, treatment in the natural (home) setting, met at times convenient to client families and created linkages to concrete and social services.

Worked with children who received low-level delinquent charges. He/she was required to complete conditions such as community service work, random drug screens, and/or educational classes. When he/she successfully completed their conditions, the court dismissed the charges. This program lasted up to 6 months.

Assessed individual situations and prepared appropriate and necessary documentation for records and treatment teams such as may relate to intake, social history, referral and medical information, school/employment functioning, legal status, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, pre-discharge and discharge summaries.
