Cultivator (cultivatorcornwall.org.uk) is a £7.8 million EU funded 6-year programming providing support and development opportunities for the creative and cultural sectors in Cornwall. What I do:- Be a leading point of contact for visual art and craft sector (including individuals, businesses and organisations) in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and a champion who develops and maintains close working relationships with local organisations, networks and individuals;- Support and advise Cultivator beneficiaries in developing their practice, business and organisation, in all areas of operation, finance and marketing;- Develop connections for the sector nationally and internationally;- Work with other sector advisors and contribute to the strategic development of the creative sector in Cornwall.

I have been working on House of Prints since 2018 - an online hub that introduces contemporary printmaking into new audiences. Prints are a great passion of mine, I love the perfect mix of craftsmanship, provocation and beauty in printmaking – and it’s been a long-standing way of democratising art and making voices heard. House of Prints was founded on a strong belief in the intrinsic value, artistry and craftsmanship of original prints.Through expert content covering printmaking techniques, locations, artists and collectives, as well as behind the scene and personal stories, House of Prints provides a platform for people to discover, experience, appreciate and collect original prints.

Launched in November 2019, the Government’s Towns Fund Deal aims to regenerate high streets, boost businesses and improve infrastructure.Camborne is one of only four towns in Cornwall selected to participate and we as a board have developed and submitted an investment plan in January 2021 that will make the most of an amazing opportunity to kickstart a vision and transform our community.

CELEBRATE is the first project to explore and uncover the living history of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) community in Cumbria.The project was developed by OutREACH Cumbria and Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery Trust and supported by Heritage Lottery Fund.Elements is a brand-new festival celebrating age and diversity, with events in venues across Cumbria. Piloted in October 2016, the festival commissions and incorporates high-quality arts productions and programmes across Cumbria, involving local artists, organisations and communities as well as attracting visitors from around the UK.

After playing an instrumental role in the organisational development including developing its new programme, brand identity and website as an employee, I was invited to join the board of directors to advise and help govern the organisation through its time of great changes, and specialised in international development and public engagement. Managing and delivering the most successful visual art & craft open studies event, Spring Fling, in Scotland, and its year-round programme of exhibitions, events and residencies.- Coordinate, produce and evaluate Spring Fling and the organisation’s year-round activities;- Manage the international, national and local exhibition programme;- Marketing and maintain website, blog, e-newsletters and social media sites;- Bookkeeping and assist the director in financial management and report.- Delivered 3 successful festivals with high satisfactory rates from artists (97%) and visitors (99%) and a great increase in visitor numbers and sales;- Successfully planned and delivered the 2014 and 2015 national & international exhibition programme in London, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Berlin.

Planning, project management, and marketing for the inaugural Environmental Art Festival Scotland. Coordinating between three key partners, multiple venues and participating organisations and individuals.

A Scottish Arts Council funded traineeship to curate an exhibition in St Andrews museum independently while assist the organisation on curatorial research, events assistance, exhibition installation and general administration.

Full-time paid project intern working closely with international artists as part of Deveron Project's residency programme. This led on to on-going project-based freelance work.

Website administration including setting up the info bank on the centre's website, on-line marketing and audience engagement.

Curatorial assistant with a focus on the gallery's renowned social justic project Sh[OUT] - research for the exhibition and support the social inclusion programme.
